Teaching and Training
Courses and workshops can be tailored-made for your situation or group to achieve your unique objectives. Teaching/training methods include group exploratory conversations, contextual presentations, reflection, meditation, group exercises, workshopping, methods practice and the use of music and other art forms. An emphasis is placed on experiential education utilizing multiple learning styles and intelligences. The current NYU graduate course on innovative leadership for human development provides a laboratory for honing this approach. A handbook of 50 leadership methods provides a range of techniques for application and adaptation.
Design and Facilitation of Events
Workshops, seminars, forums, retreats and conferences can be designed and facilitated to achieve specific, tangible results of strategic planning, whole system design, study, reflection, inspiration, and celebration. These events can be at the local, national or global levels. All events are highly participatory and interactive utilizing techniques of individual brainstorming, teamwork and plenaries for analysis and consensus.
Design and Coordination of Projects
Projects, programs, policies, networks, Communities of Practice, educational curricula and systems can be designed and managed in a way that new ideas are translated into action and results in both the immediate and long term. Projects are highly collaborative in design and implementation with multi-stakeholder participation throughout.
Coaching and Mentoring
Dialogue with individual leaders can provide a safe sounding board for the exploration of new ideas and styles of leadership. Leaders are both affirmed and challenged to go deeper and further in their pursuit of creativity and effectiveness.
Public Speaking
Keynotes and presentations at public events can provide new inspiration, context, knowledge, suggestions, images and motivation. Presentations include motivating stories, clarifying concepts, authentic style and a profound charge of the possible.
Writing and Publishing
Writing, editing and publishing services can help you with your writing projects whether a short paper, an article or a book. This can include both technical writing and writing for the general public.
Arranging a consultancy
Initial contact
A potential client should contact us using the form on the following page. We will respond and the dialogue will begin.
Design conference
A design conference will be set up with the client during which we will listen to the client and agree on the objectives to be achieved, the methods to be used, the timeline, the consultancy team, and the initial fee structure.
Contract
A contract will be drawn up, discussed and signed agreeing on the terms of services including fees paid before and after the services provided.
Delivery
The services will be delivered according to the contract and in continuous feedback and discussion with the client.
Assessment
At the conclusion of the service, participants will be invited to provide their feedback and recommendations. Following this a discussion will be arranged with the client to share this feedback and to receive the assessment and recommendations of the client.
